Looking for winter wheels (in an emergency snow chain capable), in the dimension 235/55 17, you can find in various forums this rim: Ronal R41, 8 x 17, offset 42mm. The rim design I find discreet, inconspicuous and suitable for the vehicle and the vehicle color (pure gray) matching. For use on the T 6.1 centering rings are required for this rim, without would have been preferable to me (because active bearing surface larger and thus brake heat dissipation somewhat better). The quality in terms of load capacity and care in winter use will now have to show in practice. The selection, the advice and the entire ordering process in the store were exemplary. The complete wheels were perfectly packaged, clean and delivered without visible defects within the announced time window. In the tire size 235/55 17 there is a larger selection of (well) tested tires. In my final selection between Dunlop and Pirelli ultimately won the Pirelli, due to div. test results and my own experience on so far two four-wheel drive vehicles and the price-performance ratio. The first km of the Pirelli on the T 6.1: Somewhat understeering as well as felt slight brake weakness on dry roads (in the wet everything seems good ...).
