Luxury cars from Toyota

The Lexus brand was created by the Japanese car manufacturer Toyota Motor Corporation to produce and sell luxury vehicles. It was introduced in the United States as early as 1989, in Europe one year later.

Lexus' first vehicle model was the Lexus LS 400 with a V8 engine and 4 litres of displacement. Lexus was also the first premium vehicle manufacturer to produce models with hybrid drive, setting the trend for lower-emission vehicles as early as 2005.
