Super rim, well made, great look, fast shipping. Unfortunately, I had a rim with me, which had an extreme imbalance of at least 100g total (different tires and tires mate without success). So I contacted the customer service of Felgenoutlet. Without a long wait, I got to an employee to whom I described the situation. This immediately opened a complaint and told me that I would be contacted in 3-5 business days. A full 2 hours later, I received the first mail that a request would be made to the manufacturer for a free replacement rim. Since the new tire or wheel was already mounted, the request was rejected by the manufacturer and I could have gotten 10 euros discount on a replacement rim. After brief consultation with Felgenoutlet, a second request was made for goodwill - also a rejection. So what does Felgenoutlet ? Just send me the replacement rim at YOUR OWN COST and within a day. Rare that you find such a dedicated nice customer service these days! So the whole story was cleared up after not even 5 days. I thank you here again quite warmly and know where I buy my next rims.
