Was very pleased with the fast delivery time and everything around it. Even after the first month of driving everything seemed wonderful... Before a small trip with proper luggage and passengers I then increased my tire pressure. (as one just does) Apparently that was the rim then too much and somewhere a tiny little breakout. Within 2 days I have then lost about 1 bar of air. On the inside and outside you could see small dots through which the rim lost air. After I had claimed the rims at Felgenoutlet then, it went unfortunately 4-5 days until I received a response. After that, however, everything went flawlessly and really fast, it was sent to me a new rim to exchange, the invoice of the rim exchange I uploaded and had the amount the next day on the account. The old rim I could deliver to dpd and the matter was settled. So service was after a short starting difficulty 1A! As for the rims, bad luck ... On the Internet, there are not many people who have / had such a problem.
